The company we partner with uses a proprietary process called AcryliPrint®HD, which they developed in 2007. This innovative technology allows a full-color digital image to be permanently fused onto acrylic, resulting in a 100% optically clear and bubble-free finish. Unlike traditional methods, this process does not involve liquid solvents or glues and produces no harmful VOCs, making it environmentally friendly. They utilize Canon Printers with Lucia Pro pigment inks, which meet the highest archival standards for color accuracy and longevity.

Q: How do you ensure quality?

The company we partner with follows a strict quality control process to ensure every product meets high standards. Quality checks are conducted at multiple stages throughout production, with a final triple inspection before packaging to guarantee a flawless finish.

Q: Where are your acrylic prints produced?

All of our acrylic prints are proudly designed by Dyborn Designs in Florida using the latest in AI technology, then manufactured, printed to order, and shipped by our partner companies in the U.S.A.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

We believe that it's your money; you keep it. That's why we currently offer completely free shipping all across the United States on every order.

Q: How fast is your shipping time?

Our estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Exact times may vary slightly; shipping times are an estimate and may vary due to unforseen delays. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional time. We strive to ensure that each package is delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?

We use the USPS for the vast majority of our shipments, other providers may be used in rare circumstances that require faster shipping, or larger packages.

Q: How are your prints packaged?

Our acrylic prints are wrapped in a plastic film, then packaged in a sturdy cardboard box filled with cardboard sheets and foam inserts for extra protection. Then the box is securely sealed with paper tape and shipped to your door.

Q: How do I track my order?

We offer a fast and easy way to track your order from start to finish. Just use the Tracking Number provided in the confirmation email and you can see where your package is at all times. You can click on the link in the email, or use the the "Track My Order" link in the main menu at the top of every page of our store.

Q: What if I have an issue or problem with my order?

You are going to love our prints, but just in case of an issue, our return policy allows customers to return damaged or unsatisfactory items free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We have a 30-Day Love-It-Or-Your-Money-Back Guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund at no cost to you.

Q: How do I use Promo Codes?

Any specials that we may be running may require you to enter a code to receive the discount. Simply enter the code at checkout in the field marked for codes and you will receive the discount if applicable. All other discounts are applied automatically.
